This, this is for all those people who ask the same old questions time and again.
What bands do you like? -Bauhaus, first and formost. Additionally, Peter Murphy's solo work, (my personal favourite album being ALive Just For Love), also Dalis Car, and Love and Rockets. Sioxsie and the Banshees, Queen, David Bowie, Velvet Underground, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, The Cure, and Joy Division, are to name a few of my other favourite bands.
What are your hobbies? -It's fairly obvious the answer to this by looking through this site. But to reiterate; painting, writing poetry, writing stories and plays, reading, anything classical.
What are your favourite books? -The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Odyssey, The Iliad, 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas, various works by Plato, Frankenstein, Dracula......
Where do you live? -I'm from New Zealand. Thats to the soth-east of Australia in the south Pacific Ocean, if you dont know already. New Zealand has its good and bad points, and for most tourists, the best part is the scenery. So heres a few snapshots from my travels. My home city is called Christchurch, located near the base of an extinct and ocean filled volcano which forms Banks Peninsula. Learn more about the history of the peninsula here.
What's your favourite colour? -Duh, black. But secondly would be blue at the moment, it used to be red though. Oh, and if you insist black is not a colour, I suggest you read this.
What's your favourite food? -I love mexican food and anything spicy. Garlic is also a high contender, although most of my friends prefer me not to eat it around them.
What are your favourite movies? -I like horror movies, but real horror movies, not cheap shit like Scream. Interview with the Vampire, Dracula, Frankenstein are good ones from that genre. Others include Ben Hur, Sparticus, The Ghost and the Darkness, Pulp Fiction, The Matrix, Star Wars (although not The Phantom Menace- Jar Jar should be shot), Planet of the Apes, I'm sure you are getting a substantial picture.....
What are your dislikes? -Try hards, wannabes, teenie boppers, skaties, homies, shitty remakes of good movies, shitty remixes of good songs, Robbie Williams, muscicians who are in it for the popularity not the music, muscicians who dont write their own words, play their own music, or sing their own songs, books ending in the words "Now a major motion picture" or "Based on the major motion picture",
